I’m back to the exact weight I was on the day I found out I was pregnant , not toned and fit as before but a milestone worth sharing! After delivery, I started working out 8 weeks postpartum, with my doctor’s guidance. I stayed committed to eating healthy, continued breastfeeding, and remained mindful of my food choices. Consistent workouts and stretching not only helped me reach my weight goal, but also supported my physical recovery and kept my mind refreshed. Now, I’m shifting focus to building strength, improving mobility, and adding a little toning. I’m truly enjoying this journey mind, body, and soul. 💪✨ Gym fit from @salt.active_
Here with my two newest joys my newborn and my new EV @BYD Cimex Took them both straight on a road trip to Pokhara for my 4-month-old’s very first outing. The roads were bumpy, but the drive was smooth and hassle-free. Loving the switch to electric clean, quiet, and surprisingly powerful ☺️
