Dear @Southwest Airlines I am writing to report a disappointing experience on a recent Southwest flight involving one of your flight attendants, Bruce. I was traveling with a trophy and attempted to keep it safely between my legs. On our previous Southwest flight, the flight attendant allowed this without issue, understanding the importance of keeping it protected. However, on this flight, Bruce insisted that I place the trophy in the overhead bin. While he was maneuvering another passenger’s bag around in the compartment, we heard something break. I immediately asked if something had broken, but he refused to respond. He even told another passenger that he would not answer my question, which I found highly unprofessional. After we landed and I noticed the top of the trophy was indeed broken, I walked toward the front of the plane to speak with Bruce. Before I could reach him, he went into the restroom and remained there until we deplaned, effectively avoiding any conversation or accountability. I understand the need to follow flight safety protocols, but I felt my concerns were ignored and handled with complete disregard. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this incident, and information on how to file a claim for the damage to my property. Thank you for your time and attention.
