THE RESULTS ARE IN! 💰 Last year, I partnered with Mercury Insurance and they challenged me to take ~$1,000 and make that money grow - because that was the average that Californians saved when switching to Mercury car insurance. So, I turned that into $4,530 by fixing and flipping pieces of furniture! Now...I have just completed Season 2 of the challenge where I spent another ~$1,000, and here is the new total profit number if I sell all of these amazing items I restored! 1. MCM side table $750 2. MCM end tables $1,000 3. MCM dining chairs kept them...but sold a bed in their place for $1,000 4. Vintage Bookshelf $750 5. Vintage Desk $750 6. Vintage Bookshelves $1,000 Which means if all of these items sell...I will make a whopping $5,350 in this round of flips! And that means a total profit from both seasons of....$9,880!!!!!!!! Pro Tip: It’s okay to keep a flip if you love it - however my word of advice is...if you keep one you gotta sell one! So I kept the chairs and sold the bed I no longer needed. MY DIY flower arch!! 🌺 Trust me is so easy to do!!! Directions : Go get PVC pipes from the hardware store Get 2 inch PVC pipes 2 6ft long pieces 1 4ft long pieces 4 6in long pieces 8 8in long pieces 6 tbar pieces 8 end caps 2 curved elbow pieces - built 2 bases as shown - connect the long pieces for the arch - wrap in pool noodles - spray with paint or hand paint to match the flowers you’ll use DONE!! #easydiy #diyflowerarch #diyweddingflowers #diyflowers #diybaloonarch #diyarch #diypartyarch #diyarch #photoarch #baloonarch #flowerarch
