One of the biggest mistakes I made as a beginner was doing tons of random exercises without getting anywhere close to failure! When I stopped doing 8-10 exercises and instead focused on pushing myself hard on just 4-6, that’s when I started to see significant changes in my shape. Back when my gym was closed years ago, I went through a phase of not working out, eating very unhealthily and not taking good care of myself. Prior to my gym closing, I had already been working out for almost 2 years and had built a lot of muscle. I lost almost all of my progress during the months that I took off, and I gained more weight than I ever have before. Fast forward to now, I eat food that fuels me, exercise almost everyday and I’ve not only rebuilt my progress from before but even more!! I also have a better sleep schedule and take better care of my overall health 🫶🏻 This is your reminder that if you’ve fallen off your fitness journey, it’s not too late to pick it back up again!!❤️ My workout programs + fitness app are in my bio to help you along your journey 😊
