Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 251 Protein 15g Fat 13g Carbs 19g Ingredients 👇 750g beef brisket 500g sweet ripened vine tomatoes 1 white onion 4 large garlic cloves or 8 small 20g puree 300ml beef bone broth 35g smokey bbq fajita seasoning from @Old El Paso 1tsp ancho chilli flakes salt black pepper 14 mini tortillas 1/2 diced white onion parsley or coriander 120g four cheese mix Brown the beef brisket over a high heat then place to one side. Add sliced tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a slow cooker. Add tomato puree, bone broth, 1 smokey bbq sachet, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Give it a mix then add the beef. Cook on a high for 6 hours. Remove the beef to shred. Blend the veggies to a sauce then transfer 3/4 of it to a pan. Leave the sauce on a simmer to keep hot. Add the shredded beef to the remaining sauce. Dip the outside of the tortillas in the slow cooker before placing over a medium heat. Add the shredded beef, some diced white onion, fresh herbs and a sprinkle of cheese. Fold and cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes per side until crispy and melted. (I did pan fry 3 tacos per time to speed up the process) Serve the tacos with a pot of dipping sauce and enjoy! Messy but unreallllll. Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 581 Protein 34g Fat 14g Carbs 82g 6 300g baking potatoes 1 white onion 1 broccoli head 1tbsp olive oil 6 garlic cloves 400g chicken breast 8 pancetta rashers 120g mozzarella 80g 4 cheese mix 10g butter 30g 50% less creme fraiche 100ml semi milk salt black pepper fresh chives mixed salad leaves Prick and rub the potatoes with olive oil then bake for 45 minutes at 200. Pan fry diced onion with broccoli and chopped garlic until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Pan fry the chicken until cooked through or use leftover roast chicken for this! Air fry pancetta for 6-8 mins at 200 until crispy. Finely chop chives, the pancetta and the ball of mozzarella. Slice the tops of the potatoes off and scoop the insides into a bowl. Add butter, season with salt and pepper, then mix through creme fraiche and milk. Add the broccoli, onions, garlic, cubed cooked chicken, mozzarella, pancetta, chives, and some of the 4 cheese mix. Give it a good mix then stuff back into the skins. Top with cheese and place back in the oven for 15 minutes at 200. Add a sprinkle of chives and serve with a side salad! Click save and share/tag somebody who needs to make this with you 👇 Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 632 Protein 62g Fat 23g Carbs 44g Ingredients👇 Tandoori chicken👇 650g chicken breast 2tbsp greek yoghurt 10g tandoori spice rub 1tsp garlic 1/2 lemon salt pepper Pickled onions👇 1 red onion 2 cups red wine vinegar 1 cup water 1tsp sugar 1tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Mint yoghurt sauce👇 10 mint leaves 200g greek yoghurt 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder salt 1/2 lemon Tandoori halloumi👇 220g halloumi 5g tandoori mix 2tbsp honey splash of water 500g cooked pilau rice lettuce tomatoes cucumber coriander lemon Finely slice red onion and add to a jar. In a pan combine red wine vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper, bring to a boil then pour it over the onions. Place to one side. Cube chicken and mix with yoghurt, tandoori, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper. Give it a good mix then place in the fridge to marinate for 20 minutes or so. Do it earlier in the day if you can! Finely chop mint leaves then mix with yoghurt, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon. Slice cherry tomatoes and mix with coriander. Also chop the lettuce and cucumber. Remove the chicken from the fridge and load onto skewers. I did around 35 mins at 200 in the oven. Mix tandoori rub with honey and a splash of water. Pan fry sliced halloumi over a medium heat until sticky and golden. Plate up, add a sprinkle of coriander and serve with lemon! Everything I made for my summer dinner party! My ideal food spread 😍 Ad I’m using @OXO Europe products to make the prep so much easier! If you haven’t tried their products yet, I highly recommend them as they are great quality, sustainable and long lasting. The OXO produce saver compartments keep my fruit and veg fresh and neatly organised in the fridge. Dishes I made👇 👉Lemon and herb chicken butterfly - marinated in my OXO reusable silicone bags. These are a must have product for prepping, marinating and storing food! 👉Marinated beef tomatoes with burrata and garlic chilli olive oil. 👉Green goddess and feta salad - washed and rinsed in my Steel salad spinner from OXO. The stainless-steel bowl also doubles up as a serving bowl which I love! 👉Sirloin steaks brushed with an olive oil, balsamic, herby garlic baste and chimichurri - both stored in my twist and stack preps. 👉Whipped feta dip with toasted roasted red pepper and sundried tomato crusty bread - unreal. Prepped and stored in my twist and stack containers. 👉Vegetable skewers brushed with an olive oil, balsamic, herby garlic baste - using OXO grilling tools, a summer must have! Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 191 Protein 14g Fat 8g Carbs 16g Ingredients 9👇 9 mini wraps 500g 5% beef mince 1tsp cumin 1tsp smoked paprika 1tsp black pepper 1tsp onion granules 1tsp oregano 2tsp garlic fresh parsley fresh coriander salt lettuce red onion 40g aioli mixed with a little water to loosen 4tbsp pomme seeds 20g feta Season the mince with cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, fresh parsley and fresh coriander. Give it a good mix then separate into equal balls. Smash the mince down onto the tortillas making sure to take it right to the edges of the wraps. Pan fry beef side down for around 3 minutes, flip then cook for a further 2 minutes. Top with salad, aioli, pomme seeds and a crumble of feta! Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 777 Protein 44g Fat 38g Carbs 65g Ingredients 👇 100g chorizo 200g king prawns 4 garlic cloves 2heaped tbsp cherry sundried tomatoes 150g dry linguine 2 handfuls spinach 1/2 lemon 80ml light double cream 30g parmesan salt black pepper fresh parsley Pan fry the chorizo for a couple of minutes before adding chopped garlic and sundried tomatoes. Boil the pasta in salted water. Add a squeeze of lemon to the chorizo and fresh spinach. Season with salt, pepper then pour in cream and a little pasta water. Add the prawns, linguine and freshly chopped parsley. Leave the prawns to heat up for 1-2 minutes then serve with some parmesan and herbs.
